Product Care
Though we pack our items very carefully, sometimes during transportation items may ruffle or change shape. Most cases can be corrected by removing the item from the packaging and letting "breathe" a bit, then gently shape the petals or disfigure details into the desired shape. You can also LIGHTLY iron with steam the items (fabric flowers, ribbons, tulle). Make sure to hold the item bit far away from the steam. Oversteaming may damage your item. Fabric items are not waterproof so be careful around liquids.
Product Warranties
Please be advised that the details of the product: wood, stone, metal, or gold & silver dust (silver plated & gold plated details) can be affected by external factors (water, humidity, mechanical action) and eventually wear out. This property is not considered a defect.
Warranty is provided on goods for defective production. The guarantee shall be provided by the relevant legal acts.
Warranty conditions:
* Warranty applies to jewelry & accessory quality discrepancies caused by the manufacturer's fault;
* Natural wear & tear on jewelry & accessories is not considered a quality flaw;
* Inequalities or changes in the surface and color of natural wood, stone or metal are not considered qualitative defects;
* Warranty service does not apply when jewelry & accessories are misused or damaged due to buyer's fault;
* Warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired independently;
Accessories aren't toys. It is recommended for children 12 years of age or younger to wear with close adult supervision.

How do I place an order?
You must be 18 years old or older and provide a residential shipping and billing address.
After you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping cart" to complete your order. The price will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.
Once you have completed your order, you'll receive a transaction email. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped (with a tracking link to track your order).
We do our best in describing and photographing goods, so please choose your item carefully. If you do not shore don't purchase, better contact us with any questions before purchasing a piece. You have an option to order the samples required style.
If you have additional questions regarding the purchase of items please contact us.
Custom orders please contact us for custom design requests possibility of ordering and cost.
Please contact us (with Rush request in the subject line) before purchasing for additional information, to ensure that we can rush order until your deadline. If you don't contact us to arrange for a rush order, we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by your requested date. This service does have a fee.
What are your processing & shipping time frames?
Orders are usually processed from 1-5 working days. Each order is processed as soon as possible. The LeFlowers Boutique shop indicates the time of preparation of the goods at the description. Before placing an order, the buyer must pay attention to possible different terms of preparation or delivery of the goods. As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details.
These terms are indicative and do not apply in the case of goods manufactured to the Buyer's custom order.
During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
