How do I place an order?

You must be 18 years old or older and provide a residential shipping and billing address.

After you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping cart" to complete your order. The price will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

Once you have completed your order, you'll receive a transaction email. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped (with a tracking link to track your order).

*We do our best in describing and photographing goods, so please choose your item carefully. If you do not shore don't purchase, better contact us with any questions before purchasing a piece. You have an option to order the samples required style.

*If you have additional questions regarding the purchase of items please contact us.

*Custom orders please contact us for custom design requests possibility of ordering and cost.

*Please contact us (with Rush request in the subject line) before purchasing for additional information, to ensure that we can rush order until your deadline. If you don't contact us to arrange for a rush order, we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by your requested date. This service does have a fee.

 

What are your processing & shipping time frames?

Orders are usually processed from 1-3 working days until 2 weeks. Each order is processed as soon as possible. The LeFlowers Boutique shop indicates the time of preparation of the goods at the description. Before placing an order, the buyer must pay attention to possible different terms of preparation or delivery of the goods. As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details.

*These terms are indicative and do not apply in the case of goods manufactured to the Buyer's custom order.

*During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

 

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal You are not required to have a PayPal account to place the order, you can use your credit card. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
All of your private information will be secure through PAYPAL's SSL encryption throughout the shopping checkout process.

 

Delivery

Please note the production time does not include shipping times.

 

We ship all over the world from Europe:

Standard shipping cost is $10.

Free shipping for orders $50+.

 

Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address.

Europe:  takes approximately 1-2 weeks or longer**

United States: takes approximately 1,5-3 weeks or longer*

Australia and Other (WORLDWIDE): takes approximately 2-4 weeks or longer*

* Winter time ( September - March) can take until 6-8 weeks (depends on your local service, weather conditions, holidays seasons). On this period I cannot guarantee the accurate delivery time.

We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:

  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • The buyer is responsible for any CUSTOMS and DUTIES.

  • International shipments (outside EU) are subject to their country customs fees. Please check possibly fees ahead before placing an order - contact Your country customs agency for more information or check for estimateshttp://www.dutycalculator.com/

  • Any holds by customs and import charges incurred on receipt of parcel are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

 

Can I refund an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase please see the following policies.

Please contact us within 5 business days to process your return once received, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with safety tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For your protection, you should ship an item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage, customs duty, and mail brokerage fee 20$.

*Made to Order items;

*Sale items;

*Doesn't accept return requests made after one’s wedding date;

*Doesn't accept returns postmarked after one’s wedding date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds please contact us.
