Return policy

If you are not happy with your purchase please see the following policies.

Please contact us within 14 business days to process your return once received, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with safety tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the costumer is responsible for any loss in value.

For your protection, you should ship an item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage, customs duty, and mail brokerage fee 20$.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
