Shipping policy

Please note the production time does not include shipping times.

We ship all over the world from Europe:

-Standard shipping cost is $10.

-Free shipping for orders $50+.

Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address.

 

Europe: about 1-3 weeks for delivery*

United States: about 4-6 weeks or longer**

Australia and Other (WORLDWIDE): normally will take about 2-4 weeks or longer**

*During high season, Sales period, and Bank holidays, the delivery period may be affected.

**In cases where customs processing is slow, during high season, wintertime, weather conditions, sales period, and Bank holidays, the delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks.

We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:

  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • The buyer is responsible for any CUSTOMS and DUTIES.

  • International shipments (outside EU) are subject to their country customs fees. Please check possibly fees ahead before placing an order - contact Your country customs agency for more information or check for estimates: http://www.dutycalculator.com/

  • Any holds by customs and import charges incurred on receipt of parcel are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
