1. General provisions
1.1. These terms & conditions (here and after referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller: conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return policy, the liability of the parties and other related provisions at the LeFlowers Boutique (www.leflowersboutique.com/www.leflowersbridal.com) online store (this site (the "Website")).
1.2. The right to buy at the Website:
1.2.1. persons who have reached the age of majority;
1.2.2. minors between the ages of 12 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are self-employed;
1.3. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer submits the order after forming the shopping cart at the Website, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method, and getting acquainted with the Rules.
1.4. By placing an order at the Website, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with the Rules and undertakes them.
1.5. The Buyer commits to provide the complete and correct information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading data in the payment form, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
1.6. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
1.7. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods by the provisions outlined in the Rules.
1.8. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. When the Buyer purchases in the Website the Rules in force at the time of placing the order apply, therefore the Buyer is recommended to get acquainted with the Rules during each purchase.
1.9. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where the loss arises because the Buyer, despite the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, did not read the Rules, even though he was given such an opportunity.

2. Protection of personal data
2.1. When ordering goods at the Website, the Buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and e-mail. email address. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
2.2. By registering at the Website, the buyer is responsible for the created individual login data, their complexity, and their preservation, and undertakes not to disclose them to third parties. The Buyer is responsible for any actions performed at the Website by logging in with the individual name and password of the Buyer. If the Buyer discloses its login details to third parties, the Seller is released from any liability in this regard.
2.3. If the Buyer loses the login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about it by the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section. The Seller is released from any liability if the Buyer has provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal data or has not changed or supplemented the data to them.
2.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary for ordering the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.
2.5. The Buyer's data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer's consent.

4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Website.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security at the Seller's Website or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online store or in exceptional cases cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the Buyer's personal information specified in the e-mail store registration form and will not pass it on to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Chapter 6 of the Rules.
4.5. The Seller may unilaterally, in important circumstances, change the terms of these Rules, temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. If the Buyer uses the services provided by the Website after the changes in these terms and conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change of the Rules.
5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms
5.1. At the Website, the Buyer can buy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. The prices of the goods at the Website and the formed order are indicated in USD dollars.
5.3. The buyer pays for his ordered goods through PayPal the e-banking system, mediated by www.paypal.com
6.1. The Buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The Website indicates the time of preparation of the goods in the description, therefore the Buyer, before placing an order, must pay attention to possible different terms of preparation and delivery terms of the goods.
6.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer by specified terms. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the goods are made to the Buyer's order. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.
6.4. Delivery time is depending on the selected country:
Europe: takes approximately 1-2 weeks*
United States: takes approximately 1,5-2,5 weeks*
Australia and Other (Worldwide): takes approximately 2-3 weeks*
*During high season, Sales period, and Bank holidays, the delivery period may be affected.
***In cases where customs processing is slow, during high season, wintertime, weather conditions, sales period, and Bank holidays, the delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks.
6.5. Delivery time doesn't include the time of preparation of the goods for shipment. Shipments are delivered to the specified address on working days, during working hours. (We warn you that parcel flows increase significantly before and between the holiday period, so some shipments may be slightly delayed). In the event of a failure with the delivery, the Website undertakes to contact the Customer and find the best solution.
6.6. We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:
6.6.1. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
6.6.2. The Buyer is responsible for any CUSTOMS and DUTIES.
6.6.3. International shipments (outside EU) are subject to their country customs fees. Please check possibly fees ahead before placing an order - contact Your country customs agency for more information or check for estimates - http://www.dutycalculator.com/
6.6.4. Any holds by customs and import charges incurred on receipt of parcel are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.
6.7. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.8. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
6.9. In all cases, the Buyer must check the condition of the consignment and the goods during delivery. After the Buyer signs the delivery-acceptance document, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in proper condition, there are no violations, the occurrence of which is attributable to non-factory defects, and no discrepancies in the product (such as can be identified during external inspection). Noticing that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the goods are damaged and / or the goods are not properly assembled, the Buyer must note this in the delivery-acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, / or an act of damage / non-conformity of the goods. If the Buyer fails to take these actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not indicate in the courier delivery document.
7. Product quality and warranty
7.1. The details of each product sold at the Website are generally indicated in the product description accompanying each product.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods at the Website may not correspond in color, shape, or other parameters to the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. If the seller doesn't provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided by the relevant legislation is valid.
7.4. Product Details: wood, stone, metal, or its coating with gold & silver dust can be affected by external factors (water, moisture, mechanical actions) and wear over time. This feature is not considered a defect.
7.5. The warranty covers discrepancies in the quality of jewelry & accessories caused by the manufacturer's fault.
7.6. Natural wear and tear on jewelry & accessories are not considered a lack of quality.
7.7. Non-uniformities or changes in the surface and color of natural wood, stone, or metal are not considered qualitative defects.
7.8. The warranty service doesn't apply in cases where the jewelry & accessories are used improperly or damaged through the fault of the Buyer.
7.9. The warranty does not apply to products that have been attempted to repair on their own.
8. Return and exchange of goods
8.1. The following conditions must be met when the Buyer returns the goods:
8.1.1. the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
8.1.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.1.3. the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel off the protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
8.1.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
8.2. The goods must be returned by registered mail. The return of the goods is taken care of by the Buyer and responsible for return shipping costs.
8.3. Non-returnable items:
8.3.1. Custom orders;
8.3.2. One of the kind;
8.3.3. Made to Order items;
8.3.4. Sale items;
8.3.4. Doesn't accept return requests made after one’s wedding date;
8.3.5. Doesn't accept returns postmarked after one’s wedding date.
8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept, change, or return the money paid by the Buyer for the goods if the Buyer does not comply with 8.1. & 8.3. the return procedures laid down in Article.
8.5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9.1. All products are made and finished off to a high standard. They are accessories and are not toys. We advise that all children, especially those under the age of 12, wearing or carrying these items only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. LeFlowers Boutique accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.
